This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased directly from CAL-ON EV, including models such as PURECIL FB, VELOCIL EH, ELACIL 2.5, ELLOD ELITE, ELLOD 2.5, and ELLOD PLUS. 2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• The product must not have been damaged, modified, or tampered with by the customer.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
